Terms of Service

Welcome to Aravas. These terms govern your use of aravas.net and all the tools and services available on it (together, the "Service"), operated by Media Kit Studio, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). Please read them carefully. If you have any questions, we're happy to help at support@aravas.net.

1. Accepting these terms

By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf.

2. The Service

Aravas is an online design platform that helps creators, freelancers and small businesses make media kits, personal websites, UGC portfolios, CVs, social media and motion designs, presentations, documents, print materials, covers and brand guides, in Arabic and English.

3. Your account

You can sign in with your email using a verification code we send you, or with your Google account. Please keep access to your email secure, as activity on your account is treated as yours.

4. Plans and pricing

• Browsing: you can explore the site and every template without a plan; using the design tools requires an active subscription.
• CV plan: $1.99 USD per month, unlocking the CV builder with every CV template, including saving and downloads.
• Aravas Pro: $14.99 USD per month, unlocking every tool, the CV builder included. You can upgrade from the CV plan at any time and pay only the difference for the remaining period.
• Prices include applicable taxes and may be shown in your local currency at checkout.

5. Billing and automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each month at the same price unless cancelled before the renewal date. Our order process is conducted by Dodo Payments, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, which handles invoicing and taxes. We never see or store your card details.

6. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from My account → Manage plan and invoices. You keep access to your plan until the end of your paid period, and it will not renew afterwards. Your designs remain saved in your account, and you're welcome to resubscribe whenever you like.

7. Your content

You retain all ownership rights in the content you create or upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, process and display it only as needed to provide the Service to you and to the people you choose to share it with. Please make sure you have the right to use any images, logos and brand names you add.

8. Our rights

Aravas templates, designs, software and brand belong to us. You're welcome to use our templates in your personal and commercial designs, but not to resell or redistribute them as standalone templates.

9. Acceptable use

We want Aravas to be a safe and trusted place for everyone. Please don't use the Service to create misleading or fraudulent content, impersonate others, infringe anyone's rights, bypass the subscription, share an account publicly, or disrupt the Service.

10. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the Service or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that materially breach these terms; where possible, we'll let you know in advance and explain why.

11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We work hard to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided "as is", without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. If we make material changes or change the subscription price, we'll let you know by email in advance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
