Privacy Policy

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information Aravas (aravas.net), operated by Media Kit Studio, collects, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. If you have any questions, contact us at support@aravas.net.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Account details: your email and name, and your profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Your designs and content: the text, images and files you add to your designs.
• Communications: what you send us when you contact support.

Information collected automatically

• Usage statistics: such as visits, pages, device type, the site that referred you, and your country as determined by our hosting provider, Cloudflare. We do not store IP addresses.

Information from third parties

• Google: your basic profile when you choose to sign in with Google.
• Dodo Payments: your subscription status, renewal date, and customer and subscription IDs. We never receive your card details.

2. How we use your information

• To provide the Service, save your designs, and make them available on any device.
• To manage your account and subscription, and to send sign-in codes and important notices.
• To understand how the Service is used and improve it.
• To protect the Service and its users and to meet legal requirements.

3. How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Aravas, and only as needed:

• Cloudflare: hosting, data storage and sign-in emails.
• Dodo Payments: payment processing as Merchant of Record, under its own privacy policy.
• Google: sign-in.
• Google Fonts and jsDelivr: fonts and code libraries loaded in your browser.

We also share your designs with the people you invite to your team or share them with.

4. Content you publish

When you publish your personal website at an address such as aravas.net/@yourname, its content becomes publicly available. You can unpublish it at any time from your account.

5. Cookies and local storage

We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser's local storage to remember preferences such as language, theme and drafts. We do not use advertising cookies.

6. Tools that use your own keys

YouTube Lab lets you use a YouTube API key, and optionally an Anthropic key, that you enter yourself. These keys are stored only in your browser, and requests go directly from your browser to Google or Anthropic without passing through our servers.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections, secure sign-in sessions and restricted data access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however.

8. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as your account exists. When you delete a design or your account, we delete the related data within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep it, such as payment records.

9. Your rights and choices

You can update your account details and delete your designs at any time. You can also request a copy of your data, its correction, or the deletion of your entire account at support@aravas.net, and we'll respond as soon as we can.

10. International transfers

Your data may be processed and stored in different countries through our service providers' networks, with appropriate safeguards in place.

11. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. We'll notify you by email of any material changes.
